Meshcore testing

We’re testing out MeshCore again now that the entire region has more or less standardized on it. Our previous two tests with it were not great, but the recent-ish addition of nearby mountaintop repeaters has significantly improved connectivity locally and to the rest of the MeshCore mesh.
